The Ombudsman declares a traditional competition for children’s drawings under the motto “Me and My Rights” on the occasion of December 10 - International Human Rights Day.
This year the competition is dedicated to the topic “Human Rights in the Post-Conflict Period”.
All persons under the age of 18 can take part in the competition.
Authors must submit their drawings in A3 format and submit them together with the Application Form attached (providing brief information about the author, contact details, and one 4x5 cm photo).
Paintings must be submitted to the Ombudsman Office (Baku, U.Hajibeyli Street, 80, the House of Government, Entrance II) by December 1, 2021, at 06:00 p.m.
The winners of the competition will be selected according to the following criteria:
· Relevance of the paintings to the topic;
· Originality of the work in relation to the topic, idea, techniques, and style.
Participants can take their drawings within ten days after the end of the competition. The winning drawings will not be returned.
Note: Unrelated drawings will not be considered.
