According to paragraph 1.8 of the “National Action Plan on Promotion of Open Government for 2020-2022 of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved on February 27, 2020, by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to increase the operational efficiency of expanding opportunities for citizens to lodge complaints and their investigations, the Ombudsman's "916" United Call Center operates 24/7.

The Call Center, which eases access to the Ombudsman, aims to provide a rapid response and conduct the necessary analyses for these complaints by the Office.

We present the quarterly statistics of incoming calls to the Ombudsman's "916" Call Center as follows:
