Memorandums on cooperation

During the activity term of the Commissioner, more than 20 cooperation agreements have been signed with the ombudspersons, national human rights institutions, information commissioners, and international human rights organizations.

This list includes Türkiye, Poland, the Russian Federation and its subjects, including Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Orenburg, Kaluga oblasts, the Republic of Dagestan and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Moldova, Pakistan, Bulgaria, Morocco, Albania, and Bahrain.

Furthermore, cooperation agreements have been concluded with the UN Country Team in Azerbaijan, UNICEF, and the OIC Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission.
