Recommendations and Suggestions
Based on the analysis of complaints received by the Ombudsman, the information gathered, and the findings of preventive visits, recommendations and suggestions were developed to strengthen the effective protection of human rights and freedoms, prevent human rights violations, and improve legislation. These were reflected in the Ombudsman’s annual reports and the annual reports of the National Preventive Mechanism.
