Ombudsmana birbaşa müraciət

Dear Users!

Through electronic service of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan every user, including citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, foreigners and stateless persons, as well as legal entities have the opportunity to send proposals, applications and complaints to the Ombudsman.
We kindly ask you to follow the below mentioned rules while sending online request to the email of the Commissioner for Human rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

• Online requests sent through web-site of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan are received in Secretariat, registered and considered in compliance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• It is necessary to fill in the relevant form correctly before writing the text.
• The text should be composed in fluent alphabet of the language it is written in, the sentences should be clear and coherent in compliance with spelling rules of the languages.
• While making a request ethic rules should be observed. The request is not responded in case of usage of impolite phrases or inaccurate information about the person who applies.

We kindly ask you to follow some instructions considering the large number of requests and characteristics of their consideration:

• Dear Customer, the time allotted for submitting information is limited to 1-5 minutes, depending on the server load. We appreciate your prompt attention and cooperation. Thank you!
• E-request should not exceed 3000 characters;
• No files should be attached to the request. Long texts, copies of documents and photos and other relevant documents should be sent either to e-mail- ombudsman@ombudsman.az Kindly forward this communication to the address mentioned below:
