The martyr of the Patriotic War was commemorated by the Southern Regional Center of the Ombudsman

The members of the Ombudsman’s Southern Regional Center and Masalli Branch of the Lankaran-Astara Regional Youth and Sport Department visited the family and grave of the martyr of the Patriotic War, İbrahim Lalayev, on the occasion of his birth anniversary. 

During the visit, the dearest memory of the martyr was remembered, and it was spoken about the bravery and heroism of our servicemen in the Second Karabakh War, the liberation of our occupied territories, and the building and reconstruction works that are being carried out in these areas in the aftermath of the war.

The martyr’s parents thanked the Ombudsman, Sabina Aliyeva, for the attention provided.
