Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva received citizens

The Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva held the next citizen reception on August 7, 2024. 

Each citizen who applied for an appointment was individually received by the Commissioner. Necessary measures have been taken to resolve some issues on-site. Furthrmore, it was said the other matters, requiring investigation will be monitored, and relevant state agencies will be contacted to ensure they are addressed in accordance with existing legislation.  

During the reception, citizens were provided legal advice. Additionally, information was given about the various methods of application available for more efficient and flexible handling of requests, including the 24/7 Call Center (916), email addresses, postal services, a fax, and social media platforms through which requests can also be submitted.
