The Ombudsman attended the presentation of the Book titled “History of Patriotic War. Restoration of Territorial Integrity of Azerbaijan. Factor of Personality”

Sabina Aliyeva attended the presentation of the Book titled “History of Patriotic War. Restoration of Territorial Integrity of Azerbaijan. Factor of Personality.”. 

In her speech, the Ombudsman emphasized that the liberation of our territories, which had been held under occupation for about thirty years under the leadership of Ilham Aliyev, the Victorious Chief of Commander, and our brave Army, became a victory of all our people. She said that this victory resulted in the full restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our state, informing about the works being done for the remediation of the violated rights of over one million of our compatriots, who turned to refugees and internally displaced persons.  

The article exploring Armenia’s war crimes, written by Sabina Aliyeva, has also been included in the Book. The Ombudsman stressed the importance of writing new works, publishing of books, making new films, and broadcasting TV programs in terms of the conveyance of stories what we witness today to the next generations and the proper promotion of statehood propaganda. During speech, it was also noted that it is important for the young generation and the Azerbaijani Diaspora abroad to constantly study the deep personality of the President, his historical services to the people, and the honorable path he has taken in ensuring Azerbaijan's sovereignty.
