
The Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, held a citizens' reception in Guba city.
The Ombudsman received in private each of the 14 people who requested admission, including 2 members of the martyrs' families. It was said that necessary measures have been taken to resolve some issues on the spot, while other issues requiring investigation will be kept under control and addressed to the relevant state agencies for resolution in accordance with the legislation.
During the reception, citizens were provided with legal advice and informed that they can also apply to the Ombudsman Office through the 916 Call Center, which operates 24/7 to ensure applications are processed more efficiently and promptly, e-mails, mail, fax, as well as social networks.
