
The Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, held the next reception for citizens in Baku.
The Commissioner received every citizen who asked for a private reception. Necessary measures were taken to resolve some issues on the spot. It was noted that other issues requiring further investigation will be monitored and addressed in accordance with the law, and the relevant state authorities will be approached to resolve them.
During the reception, the citizens were provided with legal advice and informed that the incoming applications are received by the Ombudsman’s “916” inbound Call Center, 24 hours a day, as well as through emails, ordinary mails, and social network accounts in order to investigate them efficiently and expediently.
