The Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva and staff of the Office honored the memory of the National Leader, Heydar Aliyev

The Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva and the staff of the Office visited the Alley of Honors on the occasion of the 102nd birth anniversary of the National Leader, Heydar Aliyev.

A fresh bunch of flowers were laid on the grave of the National Leader, and a tribute was paid to his memory.

Afterwards, the dearest memory of a well-known ophthalmologist-scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also honoured, by placing flowers on her grave.
