The Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva and the staff of the Office visited the Alley of Honors in connection with the 102nd anniversary of the National Leader, Heydar Aliyev.
A fresh bunch of flowers were laid on the grave of the National Leader, and a tribute was paid to his memory.
Afterwards, the dearest memory of a well-known ophthalmologist-scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also honoured, by placing flowers on her grave.
