The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, received citizens in Ganja.
Before the reception, Sabina Aliyeva visited the monument of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in Ganja city, paid tribute to his memory and placed flowers in front of the monument.
The Commissioner then met with each applicant from an area covered by the Ombudsman's Western Regional Center individually at the Heydar Aliyev Center. Their appeals were heard, and while some of the issues they mentioned were immediately solved, others will be monitored and forwarded to the relevant governmental authorities for solution.
Individuals were informed during the reception that they could apply to the Ombudsman's regional offices at the same time via the 916 Call Center, email addresses, mail, fax, and social media in order to manage applications more promptly and accessible.
