An educational event was held in Guba within the framework of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty"

During the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," a round table on the topic "Corruption and its legal consequences: basic principles in legislation" was held in Guba. The event was co-organized by the Ombudsman’s North Regional Center, the Guba-Khachmaz regional branch of the State Committee on Work with Religious Organizations, and the Guba District Executive Power. 

Bahruz Efendiyev, Head of the North Regional Center, spoke at the event, providing detailed information on the monitoring of human rights promotion, protection and provision; and anti-corruption reforms; the work carried out to implement the "NAP for Strengthening the Fight against Corruption for 2022-2026"; and the Ombudsman’s activities carried out in this direction.

Discussions on the topic were held at the event, and participants’ questions were answered.
