A legal and educational event was held in Shamkir within the framework of the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty

With the joint organization of the Western Regional Center of the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Shamkir District Executive Power, a legal-educational event on "Mechanisms for the Protection of Constitutional Rights" was held in Shamkir District within the framework of the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty".

At the event, the participants were given detailed information about the main human rights and freedoms defined by the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the mechanisms for the protection of those rights, especially the directions of the Ombudsman institution as an independent human rights protection mechanism, the "916" Call Center of the Ombudsman, and their questions were answered.
