An Info-Tour for the High Scoring Applicants and Socially Active Young People was held in the Ombudsman Office

In the frame of the "Year of Sovereignty and Constitution", and as a part of the Project "Mission of Ombudsmanship: A Young Aware of His Rights is a Guarantee of a Sovereign and Strong Azerbaijan", the Ombudsman Office of Azerbaijan and the Nizami District Executive Authority jointly organized an info tour for this year’s high-scoring applicants and socially active young people from the district was held at the Ombudsman Office. 

In the course of the info-tour, the young people were given information about the essence of human rights and freedoms, human rights reforms implemented in Azerbaijan, the historical background of the establishment and the legal basis of the ombuds institution's activity in our country as an extra-judicial legal protection mechanism. 

During an info tour organized for the youngsters, they got familiarized with the institutional structure of the Office, the activity of its call center operatively reacting to the requests of citizens-callers, the conditions meeting modern standards in the Center of Reception of Applicants, the opportunities to receive applications via social networks, and other innovatively approached activity directions.

At the end, the questions raised by the young people were answered, and they were wished success in their future education.
