The employees of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the Alley of Honors to commemorate the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
They paid tribute to the National Leader and laid fresh flowers at his grave.
