Sabina Aliyeva, the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, visited the International Carpet Festival organized by the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher” (Old Town).
The festival plays an important role in the promotion and preservation of the history of ancient carpet-weaving culture and its conveyance to future generations.
