Some staff members of the Ombudsman Office were awarded medals "For Distinction in Public Service"

Ombudsman of Azerbaijan held an award ceremony to present medals and ccompanying award  certificates to some staff members, who were conferred medals "For Distinction in Public Service" in accordance with the Decree signed by President, Mr. İlham Aliyev, on June 23, 2026.

Speaking at the event, Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva emphasized that the President extended special attention and care to public servants, along with consistent measures to strengthen their social protection, incentivize professional excellence, and enhance their material well-being that contribute significantly to the development of state-citizen relations.

The Ombudsman noted that conferring high state awards upon public servants is a clear testament to the high value placed on their professionalism, good faith and responsible conduct in state bodies, and loyal service to the state, as well as a striking expression of the confidence reposed in them.

The Ombudsman expressed gratitude to the President, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, for the profound attention and care extended to public servants.
