The Ombudsman’s Regional Centers Conducted a Range of Legal Educational Events During the “Peace Month”

The Ombudsman’s North, South, West, and Northwest Regional Centers organized a range of legal educational events during the “Peace Month” declared by the Ombudsperson, Sabina Aliyeva. 

During those events, the people engaged were informed about the interlink between peace and human rights, and the importance of the mutual trust and respect within the society; these activities ranged across the country, and the intent was to increase public awareness. 

The attendees were comprehensively informed of human rights protection mechanisms, as well as the Ombudsman as an independent protection mechanism; the questions were answered.
