The staff of the Ombudsman attended funerals and memorial services of martyrs in districts

By the instruction of the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva, the staff members of the Ombudsman’s Regional Centers attended the funerals and memorial services of our servicemen martyred while preventing the last large-scale provocation of Armenia.

Employees of the Ombudsman’s South Regional Center participated in the funeral ceremony of martyred ensign Said Hasanov, martyred soldiers Rashad Gasimov and Isa Kalbiyev in Jalilabad district. The employees of the center also attended the memorial ceremonies of junior ensign Ziyarat Huseynov in Bilasuvar district, Jamil Gurbanzadeh in Astara district, Khayal Ahadzadeh in Lankaran district, and Shamistan Sadigov in Lerik district.

The staff members of the North Regional Center of the Ombudsman participated in the funeral ceremonies of martyr Umid Hasanov in Guba district and martyr Murad Rasulov in Shabran district.

The employees of the Northwest Regional Center of the Ombudsman attended the funeral ceremony of the martyr Farid Latifov in the city of Sheki.

Also, the representatives of the West Regional Center of the Ombudsman took part in the funeral ceremony of our martyred military serviceman Nihat Verdiyev held in Ganja Martyrs Alley. They also attended the funeral ceremony of martyred ensign Seyfeddin Muradov in Agstafa district. In addition, the families of martyred senior lieutenant Yunis Kazimov and martyred senior ensign Azer Mammadov were visited in Gazakh district, and the concerns of the families were learned.

The Ombudsman’s representatives expressed their deep condolences to the parents of our hero martyrs on behalf of Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva during the ceremonies and said that they shared their sorrows.
