Staff of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ombudsman visited the family of the martyr Rashad Alekperov

The staff members of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ombudsman visited the family of the martyr Rashad Alekperov, who had fallen during the 44-day Patriotic War.

At the meeting with the martyr's mother Ms. Naila Alekperova, it was spoken about the glorious path of battle the martyr passed and how he was praised by the society as an exemplary young man, as well as about the care to the families of martyrs.

It was also said that the Ombudsman specifically focuses on the problems of the martyr families, and war veterans, including ensuring their rights, and the activities in this field were brought to the attention.

During the meeting, the application of the martyr’s mother to the Ombudsman for assisting in the immortalization of the name of her son was accepted. She was informed about her rights specified in the legislation as well.
