The information about childbirth of an adolescent girl is being investigated by the Ombudsman

The Ombudsman investigates the information on childbirth of an adolescent girl, a resident of the Khazar District of Baku, which was spread through mass media.

The staff members of the Ombudsman Institution had contacted the Sabunchu District Medical Center, Baku city Khazar District Police Division, also with a family member of a girl in this regard. According to the preliminary investigation, it was found that the health condition of the mother and baby was satisfactory.  

Currently, the investigation is ongoing by the Khazar District Police Division and the issue is under the focus of the Ombudsman.
