Announcement: Painting Competition for Children

The Ombudsman declares a traditional competition for children’s drawings under the motto “The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan- 20 Years” on the occasion of December 10 - International Human Rights Day and the 20^th anniversary (2002-2022) of the Ombudsman Institution. 

All persons under the age of 18 can take part in the competition.

Authors must submit their paintings in A3 format and submit them together with the Application Form attached (providing brief information about the author, contact details, and one  4x5 cm photo).

Paintings must be submitted to the Ombudsman Office (Baku, U.Hajibeyli Street, 80, the House of Government, Entrance II) by December 1, 2022, at 06:00 p.m.

The winners of the competition will be selected according to the following criteria:

·         Relevance of the paintings to the topic;

·         Originality of the work in relation to the topic, idea, techniques, and style.

Participants can take their paintings within 10 days after the end of the competition. The winning paintings will not be returned.

Note: Unrelated paintings will not be considered.
