The Ombudsman’s North Regional Center organized an event on the topic of "The Role of Elections in a Democratic Society" on the eve of the upcoming early presidential elections.

During the event, the head of the Regional Center, B.Efendiyev, said that the Ombudsman Office carried out continuous activities to ensure the effective protection and provision of citizens' voting rights and organized joint legal awareness events in cooperation with the Central Election Commission.
