Report of the Ombudsman Institution of Turkey on human rights violations committed by the Armenian armed forces against the Azerbaijani civilian population

As reported, at the invitation of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ms. Sabina Aliyeva, a delegation led by the President of the OIC Ombudsmen Association, Chief Ombudsman of Turkey Mr. Şeref Malkoç paid an official visit to our country on October 21-23, 2020. During the visit, the delegation led by Sabina Aliyeva and ?eref Malkoç carried out a joint fact-finding mission in Ganja.

Based on the facts collected during the on-site investigation, the Ombudsman Institution of Turkey published a report on human rights violations committed by Armenia against the Azerbaijani civilian population during the war and sent it to the relevant international organizations.
