The Ombudsman had a meeting with the children of martyrs in Lankaran

An event for the children of martyrs of the Second Karabakh War was held in collaboration with the Ombudsman Office of Azerbaijan and the "Zafar" (Victory) Support to the Families of Martyrs Public Union in Lankaran city.

In the meeting with families of martyrs from Lankaran, Masalli, Lerik, and Astara held within the framework of the event, Sabina Aliyeva said that addressing the problems of families of martyrs and the protection of their rights have always been approached attentively. 

The Ombudsman also pointed out that our heroes, who had fallen for the independence, sovereingty, and territorial integrity of our state, would be forever remembered, and that their memories are dear to all of us. 

The requests of the families of martyrs were listened to by the Ombudsman, who promised to ensure taking appropriate measures to address the issues raised. 

In the course of the event, a cultural program was also shown.
