Chief Ombudsman of Turkey made a phone call to the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan

The Chief Ombudsman of Turkey, Mr. Şeref Malkoç made a phone call to the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Ms. Sabina Aliyeva to give his condolences on the deaths of military servicemen, killed during the counter-offensive operations against Armenia’s military provocations starting from September 27, as well as of civilians, who were killed as a result of attacks on the densely populated residential areas, using of large caliber weapons and to pray for healing.     

The Chief Ombudsman of Turkey was also interested in the situation at the contact line. He said that under the “One nation, two states” brotherhood motto, Turkey always stands by the Azerbaijani people and supports its just position.

The Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Ms. Aliyeva thanked Mr. Malkoç for the attention and support and highlighting friendly relations between the two brother states, she noted that Azerbaijan has always felt the support of Turkey.
