The Ombudsman’s Regional Centers held legal-awareness events in the framework of the “Child Rights Month-Long Campaign”

The Northern, Western, North-West, and Southern Regional Centers of the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan held legal-awareness events in the framework of the “Child Rights Month-Long Campaign.”

In the events held in Ganja, Lankaran, Gabala, Sheki, Mingachevir, Khizi, Shabran, Siyazan, Guba, Gusa, and Khachmaz, information about the activities of the Ombudsman in the field of protection of children’s rights was provided.

Furthermore, during the events, speeches on the protection of public health, the promotion of the right to live in a healthy environment, and strenghtening the social-legal struggle against drug addiction and other harmful habits among children and youth, as well as the existing legal and normative legal acts, were listened to.  

At the end of the events, discussions on the topics were held, and the questions raised by the participants were answered.
