An awareness raising event was held on the topic “Healthy family, healthy society”

Jalilabad Regional Center of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), Lankaran Regional department of the State Committee on Religious Associations (SCRA) and Lankaran City Education Department jointly organized awareness raising eventson the topic “Healthy family, healthy society” in Shirinsu and Gumbashi villages of Lankaran district.

Staff members of the SCRA Lankaran Regional Department, Emin Hamidli and Tajeddin Sadigov, representative of Lankaran City Education Department, Jamil Akhundzade, chair of religious community of Liman city “Juma” mosque, Vidadi Gurbanzade, principal of Shirinsu village school, KhanlarAbbasov and head of Jalilabad Regional Center of the Ombudsman, ZiyaIsmayilov delivered speeches in the events. Presentation of ZiyaIsmayilovwas dedicated to topics of “Legal regulation of family relations” and “Early marriage as one of the main reasons of divorces”.

Speeches focused on necessity of protecting healthy family model in the society, special importance of preventing harmful habits from the point of preservation of family values. At the same time, views were shared with regard to importance of protecting young people against bad habits and extremist religious influences.

In conclusion, questions of the participants were answered; exchange of views was conducted on the subject.
