The Ombudsman’s South Regional Center held an awareness event on the prevention of early marriage

An awareness event on the prevention of early marriages was held in collaboration with the Ombudsman’s South Regional Center, Bilasuvar District Executive Athority, Bilasuvar District Branch for Youth and Sports of the Shirvan-Salyan Regional Youth and Sports Department, and the District Education Branch of the Shirvan-Salyan Regional Education Department. 

During his speech, the head of the Regional Center, Z. Ismayilov gave information about the Ombudsman’s activities in the relevant field, and emphasized the importance of awareness-raising activities among young people related to the consequences of early marriages, maintaining and strengthening family values. 

A discussion around the topic was held, and the questions of the participants were answered.
