Ombudsman’s Regional Centers organized legal public awareness events

The West and South Regional Centers of the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan organized legal public awareness events on the topics "Everything is Possible  with Autism!", "Ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons detained in places which they cannot leave at their own will," and "Problems of Early Marriage and Countermeasures."

During the events, comprehensive information about the Ombudsman’s activities in the field of the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, combating violence and early marriages, preventive visits conducted under the national preventive mechanism, as well as the last amendments made to the Constitutional Law on the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, were provided; and the questions of the participants were answered.
