The Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, held the next citizen reception in Baku.
The Commissioner received citizens who had submitted requests in private. Some issues were resolved on-site, while it was said that other issues raised would be kept under supervision and relevant state bodies would be approached for their addressing.
During the reception, citizens were provided with legal advice. In addition, they were informed that for more efficient and prompt handling of their requests, they can reach the Ombudsman Office via the 916 Call Center, which operates 24/7, as well as through email, mail, fax, and social media platforms.
