Ombudsman’s Regional Centers honoured the memories of the martyrs of the Second Karabakh War

The Regional Centers of the Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan held commemoration events by 27 September-  Commemoration Day.

During the events, it was stated that our lands that had been under occupation were liberated by the Azerbaijani Army under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev, as a result of the Second Karabakh War.

In addition, the participants were informed about the fact-finding missions initiated by Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva in the conflict-affected areas to document war crimes committed by Armenia, as well as the statements and appeals addressed to the international community.

The staff of the regional centers also visited the families of our servicemen who died during the Second Karabakh War.
