The Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, held the next reception of citizens in Baku.
The Ombudsman received every citizen in private. The necessary measures were taken to address some issues on the spot. It was noted that other issues requiring further investigation will be monitored and addressed in compliance with the stipulated by law, and relevant state authorities will be approached for addressing them.
In the course of the meeting with citizens, they were provided legal advice, and informed that incoming applications are received by the inbound “916” Call Center, 24/7, which operates within the Ombudsman Office, emails, mails, a fax and social network accounts in order to efficiently and expediently investigate them.
