A certificate award ceremony for a group of youngsters who completed their volunteer work in the Ombudsman Office was held

The Azerbaijan Ombudsman, Sabina Aliyeva, had a meeting with a group of young people who completed their volunteer work in the Ombudsman Office. 

The Ombudsman said that young people have been created opportunities to successfully function in different fields, speaking about measures taken to build capacity of qualified specialists who will facilitate sustainable development of the country.   

The Ombudsman, then, got interested in accomplishments gained as a result of, and social and cultural projects, being engaged during the practice held by each volunteer in the institution. 

In accordance with the Law on the Volunteer Activity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ombudsman awarded certificates to the young people who successfully fulfilled the responsibilities arising from their volunteer contracts for their active participation in the volunteer program on protection of human rights and freedoms.
