A special report on the use of children in the hate policy carried out by Armenia against Azerbaijanis has been prepared by the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva and sent to relevant international organizations.
As known, 18 June is observed as the International Day for Countering Hate Speech worldwide, and the aim of the preparation of this report is to draw the attention of the world community and the relevant international organizations to the facts on use of children in the hate policy pursued by Armenia against Azerbaijan, as well as to call for taking immediate actions to prevent the hate policy.
In the process of preparation of this report, which was also translated into the English language, the facts on the use of children in hatred policy of Armenia against Azerbaijan and involving them in military operations in the period of conflict, as well as in the Second Karabakh War, relevant information published on mass media and other resources were used.
It should be noted that prior to this report, the Ombudsman Office prepared reports on hate crimes committed by Armenia against Azerbaijanis on the basis of the factual materials obtained from the reliable sources, on social networks and mass media and sent to the relevant international human rights organizations.
