The staff of the Ombudsperson visited Ana harayı (Shout of Mother) monument
The staff of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsperson) of the Republic of
Azerbaijan visited “Ana harayı” (Shout of Mother) monument on the 31st anniversary of
the Khojaly tragedy.
The visitors put flowers in front of the monument, honored the memory of the victims of
the genocide, and prayed for the souls of martyrs.
