The Ombudsman Institution held another training joint with the State Migration Service during the Children's Rights Month

During the "Child Rights Month" announced by Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva, training was organized to increase the knowledge and professional skills of the staff of the State Migration Service on child rights. 

The Ombudsman representative Ms. T. Jahangirova spoke about national migration strategies, international treaties related to migrant children, the activities of the Ombudsman as a non-judicial mechanism in the field of protection of migrants' rights and their families, monitoring of the situation of migrant children in the regions, cooperation with foreign ombudsmen and international organizations.

The interactive training was met with great interest by the participants, their questions were answered, and a number of suggestions were made.
