A staff member of the Ombudsman Office participated in the training on international experience on cooperation with the media

Media Analysis Center, Media Development Agency, and Heydar Aliyev Center jointly organized capacity-building training for professionals in media from various bodies, run by Barney Jones, Vice-President of Media Society of the UK and Professor of City, University of London.

In the masterclass training held for the first time in Azerbaijan, B. Jones, who has a long-term experience at the "BBC", gave the participants detailed information about the effective organization of relations with the press and management of crisis situations.

Shahla Aslanova, an employee of the Department of Cooperation with International Organizations and Civil Society Institutions at the Ombudsman Office, participated in the training.

During the three-day training, the participants were given practical tasks related to the more efficient organization of relations with the press, as well as the development of individual skills. Also, specialists from Great Britain joined the training through an online connection, made presentations, and answered the questions of the participants.

In the end, the participants were presented with certificates.
