Staff of the Western Regional Center of the Ombudsman visited a commander of a military unit hit by the mine in Kalbajar district

By the instruction of the Ombudsperson Ms. Sabina Aliyeva, staff members of the Ombudsman’s Western Regional Center visited Vugar Isbendiyarov, a commander of a military unit of the Ministry of Defence, injured in the mine explosion in the liberated Kalbajar district in a hospital where he was being treated.   

The Ombudsman’s representatives learned the health state of our serviceman, whose left leg was amputated below the knee, and conveyed their wishes for a speedy recovery.
