Staff of the Western Regional Center of the Ombudsman took part in the commemorative event for Khudayar Yusifzade, martyred in the Second Karabakh

The staff members of the Ombudsman’s Western Regional Center took part in the commemorative event for Khudayar Yusifzade, an ensign of the Border Troops of the State Border Service martyred in the Second Karabakh War, which was held in the martyrs’ cemetery in Barda city on the occasion of his birthday anniversary. Kh. Yusifzade perished heroically on 22 October in the direction of Aghbend during hostilities, which have been started on 27 September 2020 in order to liberate our territories occupied by Armenia and establish our territorial integrity.    

Mr. Sabuhi Abbasov, head of the western regional center expressed his condolences to the family of the martyr and pay tribute to the dear memory of the martyr, who participate in hostilities to ensure our territorial integrity and who performed his duties with dignity and found a way to hearts with his courage, patriotism and sad voice.
