The staff of the Ombudsman Office visited the family of the martyred colonel, and Chief of Artillery of the 3rd Army Corps of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces Ilgar Mirzayev, who had fallen in July 2020 in the clashes that occurred in the direction of the Tovuz district of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border.   

During the meeting with the family, the employees of the Office were interested in the concerns of the family. They wished to have mercy on the martyr.
