Ombudsman and Delegation of TURKPA Member States visited the Alley of Honours, Alley of Martyrs, and Baku Turkish Martyrs Memorial

As reported, the international conference “Protection of Human Rights in the TURKPA Member States” is being held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Ombudsman Institution in our country.  

Ombudspersons, heads of National Human Rights Institutions, and parliamentarians, visited our country to participate in the conference, visited the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and paid tribute to him. Furthermore, the grave of the prominent scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also visited.

Later the guests visited the Alley of martyrs and the Baku Turkish Martyr’s Memorial.
