Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva and the staff of the Ombudsman Office paid tribute to the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev

Ms. Sabina Aliyeva, the Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, and the staff of the Ombudsman Office visited the Alley of Honors on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Flowers were laid at the Great Leader's tomb, and his memory was honored.

Later, the memory of prominent ophthalmologist-scientist, and academician Zarifa Aliyeva was commemorated and flowers were laid at her grave.
