The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva has initiated a social project on psychological aid, to the family of martyrs and veterans of the Second Karabakh War in Lankaran. The free project for psychologist and psychiatrist services covered Lankaran and Astara districts.
This should be noted that social projects for medical and psychological aid targeted the population groups were run in different parts of the country. Such actions are planned to be held in the future. The main goal of these actions is to increase the attention to the problems of persons, who lost their beloved ones during the war as well as veterans and provide support for their health.
