Jalilabad Regional Center hosted an awareness event on the topic “Increasing awareness of the young people on human trafficking”

Jalilabad Regional Center of the Ombudsman in collaboration with the district Youth and Sports Department and Centralized Library System held an awareness-raising event on ”Increasing awareness of the young people on human trafficking” at the district Medical College. The targeted audience in the event was the management, teaching staff and students of the college.

The head of the Ombudsman’s Jalilabad Regional Center, Mr. Ziya Ismayilov spoke about trafficking in persons, risk groups, needs of victims of trafficking, complications associated with trafficking, and other issues related to human trafficking.

In the end, the questions of the participants were answered.
