Ombudsman visited the family of the martyr Vugar Mammadov

Ms. Sabina Aliyeva, the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan visited the family of Vugar Mammadov, who had fallen during the Patriotic War on the eve of his birthday.

During the meeting, it was spoken about the battle path of the martyr, and the glorious victory of the Azerbaijani Army. The Ombudsman prayed for our martyr to be blessed by God and enquired about the problems of his family. The family members of the martyr expressed their satisfaction with the State's care.

It must be noted that Vugar Mammadov, who voluntarily joined the hostilities and became a martyr in the direction of the Fuzuli district, was awarded the medals of "For the Motherland" and "For the Release of Fuzuli" posthumously.
