Ombudsman visited the family of Surkhay Nochuyev, a martyr of the Patriotic War

The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ms. Sabina Aliyeva continues to visit families of martyrs and veterans of the Patriotic War in order to learn their general situation and concerns.

The Ombudsman visited the family of martyred captain Surkhay Nochuyev, a hero of the Patriotic War, and got familiarized with their situation.

Captain S. Nochuyev, whose girl-baby was born on the day of the Second Karabakh War, had fallen on the 44th day of the war. Zangilan district secondary school No. 1 was named after the martyr and by doing so, the martyr’s name become immortalized.

During the meeting, the family of the martyr expressed their thankfulnes for the care provided them by the State.
