Medical Care Action in Tartar District to Support Families of Martyrs and Veterans was launched at the initiative of the Ombudsman

The Medical Action to support the families of martyrs and veterans free of charge was initiated by Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ms. Sabina Aliyeva and supported by “EGIS Pharmaceuticals PLC” in Tartar district. Medical services include services of cardiology, endocrinologist, neuropathologist, gynecologist, pediatrician, and psychiatry. 

In the frame of this action held at the Tartar Central Hospital, the doctors and specialists provided necessary medical and psychological assistance to people who suffered from various war-related injuries and whose relatives were killed as a result of war.

Incidentally, earlier at the initiative of the Ombudsman, psychological support actions have also been held for the families of martyrs, veterans, as well as relatives of civilians killed during the war, and similar measures will be continued in the future.
