The next meeting with war veterans was held at the Ombudsman Office

The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva held a meeting with veterans of the Patriotic war, David Sadiyev and Omar Mirzakhanov.

Rav Zamir Isayev, Deputy Director of the Vaad L'hatzolas Nichei Yisroel, the US International Humanitarian Organization in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Baku Georgian Jewish Religious Community, Director of the Jewish Department of Secondary School No. 46, where the noted veterans studied, also attended the meeting.

The Ombudsman congratulated the war veterans on the victory in the 44-day Patriotic War. She drew attention to the environment of equality and tolerance existing in Azerbaijan, emphasizing the support of everyone, regardless of language, religion or ethnicity, to ensure our territorial integrity.

During the meeting, the Ombudsman inquired about the concerns of the war veterans.

At the end, the guests thanked the Ombudsman for the attention.
